Activate automatic purchase of credits

If the balance of credits falls below 10, you can automatically purchase credits so that the operation of your account is not interrupted.
This can be done by activating a SEPA mandate or via a credit card.

Do as follows:
1. Log in to your account and click Buy credits in the top left:

2. The Buy screen appears:

3. Select the desired amount of credits and select the checkbox by Activate automatic purchase of credits... :

4. Click on Buy Credits and follow the steps to complete the purchase.

5. Automatic purchase of credits (same amount) is now activated. Whenever the balance falls below 10, the same amount of credits is purchased.

6. After activation, the list of mandates appears:

An automatic purchase will only be performed if there is at least one mandate with the status VALID.
You can delete the mandate at any time so that automatic purchase is stopped:

Note: It is preferred to activate a SEPA mandate (i.e. purchase credits via a bank account) and not via a Credit Card, since a Credit card has an expiry date and you must activate a new mandate if the card has passed the expiration date.
